It may just be our particular walker, but I am impressed with her. And when other Becky’s pet walkers substitute for her, they do a good job. It’s not easy to walk into someone’s house and handle a pet(s), but I have never had a reason to complain about Becky’s. I also like their web-based scheduling tool, which makes scheduling and changing appointments easy.

I was a very long time customer of Becky's and I do not understand the ratings here. They do not assign a walker to your dogs. They charge in advance - which is the only service I know of that does this - my doctor doesn't, my lawyer doesn't, etc. When we got a dog walker that we liked, we would get switched without notice. The walkers did not like the company after a while. They got the job done but I can't say it was exemplary in any way.
