There was a small problem arranging the date of the repairs work would be completed but once that as resolved the work was done promptly and well. The two-person crew ensured that I was satisfied with the work before they left.

The only good thing to say about this business is that the promises they made sounded nice. Salesman told me they could deliver in 6 weeks. Twelve weeks later, they installed —wait for it — the wrong product. They are unlicensed to do business in District of Columbia. Told me license had "lapsed" and they were “working on it.” Turns out they are not and never have been licensed in DC. As unlicensed contractors, they are disallowed from collecting a deposit in DC. Yet, they required 30% down… which owner hastily returned once I mentioned his lack of license. Operations are furtive and opaque. I never knew who I was talking to or who had authority. My experience was that staff were evasive and even lied at owner’s behest. Turns out, only owner Ed Gutierrez has any authority. His hours are 7am-2pm. If I called outside those hours, I was outta luck. Installation – of the wrong product – was unacceptable. I finally agreed to take the product rather than wait till 2022, if they would return to correct the install. After three missed appointments, I gave up. Gutierrez preferred to walk away from the job, leaving it as is, rather than fix it. He got no money. I got a poorly installed fence and lots of fast talk. I experienced dishonesty, lack of commitment, missed appointments, and unacceptable work product. Proceed at your own risk.
