Worst customer service I've encountered in a long time. They say they will call you back and never do. Place a call to make inquiries about an order I someone in Roanoke, VA answers when the order was placed in Alexandria. Designer who originally placed the order never returns calls nor do the rest of the staff. They have nice products but they are not the only place in DC. Truly wish I'd never started project with them!

Went in there to buy a couple of items. Receptionist kept saying she would find someone to help me. After I asked for help 3-4 times over 25 minutes, no one came to help me, so I left the store without buying anything. A waste of time!
