Lamplighter owner does not want to spend on phone bills, says Verizon charges too much. In consequence, since I did not know that a business could simply refuse to have a phone number, when after 3 weeks I wanted to know if my lamps were ready, I emailed three times; no response. My only way to have an answer was to haul myself 15 miles one way from Fairfax to this place—only to find out a simple re wiring, which takes 15 minutes, —had not been done.Chris, the owner, was unapologetic and rude when I told him I just wanted my lamps back. I still cannot believe it,obviously saving on phone bills is more important than providing customers the basic customer service of saving them a trip just to find out if the job had been done.

Received good advice listening as staff assisted other customers, equally good when it was my turn. Repair work is excellent. Go there.
