Salesperson did not tell me that the mattress and box spring were thicker than my old set. I now have to practically poll vault on to the bed.

Promised to deliver low-profile bedframe to my elderly mother within a week of purchase but delivered regular frame. Postponed delivery of low-profile twice. While she was still waiting, she fell off the bed and broke her hip! Do you think that sped up delivery? Not a chance. Months of suffering because they failed to keep their promises. And when I complained, all they did was point to the small print. Don't waste your money here.
