My wife and I have worked with Mr. Frank Fannon on two refinancings. Mr. Fannon is very friendly and personable, very willing to answer questions and present options and easy to work with. For the most recent refinancing he agreed to write a mortgage for a non-standard length (26 years) so that the mortgage did not reset to 30 years as in other refinancings. Highly recommend.
