I chose Jackson PT Old Town based on checkbook reviews and  nearby location to my home. Glad I did. The front desk was able to set everything up for me with insurance and even got me the authorization for additional appointments which I needed. The PT therapist  listened to my concerns about my side knee pain and  provided me with therapy to relieve my pain so I could continue advancing in my   goals.  They listen and adjust your program to fit your needs , they are also are very generous in their time for your visits,.

I am familiar with physical therapy but this was the first time I was the patient. I was impressed and learned a lot. They were very much ontop of getting insurance approvals and scheduling around my personal schedule.
