I’ve had a very good experience with this company. Customer Service was very good about setting up an appointment, sending reminders, and ensuring I’d have plenty of lead time before the plumber’s arrival (30-45 minute heads-up). Ricardo was courteous and professional. He gave me options first, then recommendations when I asked for them. Pricing was transparent. The job was finished quickly, but Ricardo stayed around to ensure everything was good. I’m going to stick with this company.

400 dollars to remove and replace toilet only to find a leaking ceiling pipe that didn't get fixed. Never again.

Last winter, a Flood technician tried to sell me a new heating system for thousands of dollars. I fixed the problem myself for the cost of an $89 new thermostat. In the spring, they sent the same technician for a routine AC inspection. He did nothing but leave me with a proposal for $5,000 worth of AC repairs. I tried another company which made some minor repairs (free, with a service contract) and said the system was fine. Don't know if its this particular Flood technician or a company-wide issue but I won't be using them again.
