This is a happy, buzzing salon that has recently undergone an attractive makeover thanks to Costas, its very personable owner. Tom Cakirca is fabulous (formerly of Ebru). His color services are unparalleled and his blow dries last a long time. Plus he is a wonderful person and his clients adore him. Great with kids. Elizabeth also does a wonderful blow dry.
