The place does not advertise prices. It's run by Vietnamese women who discuss prices among themselves in Vietnamese as the customer waits to pay for services. Still, it's cheaper than most places. My biggest complaint is the place could be cleaner. The Health Department should pay a visit. The same comb is used on everybody's head. Roaches scurry about on the floor and ceiling. After getting a hair dye treatment, my scalp itches for days.
