This is a tepid recommendation. They have a sizable parking area, a pleasant lounge, and there are a few ammenities within walking distance. The morning of my reservation for having two new tires installed, the shop assistant did not show and one mechanic was doing all the work. The company arranged backups who arrived about an hour later. The tires seem to have been installed well, but for the first few miles there was a disconcerting clicking noise, prompting me to stop and trouble-shoot the source, which proved to be a label left on the tread of one tire. The shop charged me the price quoted previously on the phone, but I was displeased to learn, when reading the detailed invoice, that it included $50 extra for a warranty (on two tires) that I would have declined if I had been given the option. However, on second thought, I have had two punctures in two years, so the warranty is likely to be a good investment. Will I go back to this NTB shop again? Probably. The last place from which I purchased tires had told me fruadulently that my brakes needed repair. The shop before that, installed valves in the new tires that began leaking within a year or two. The time before that, the shop was a zoo. Yes, I'll probably go back.
