To make a long story short.....I asked Ryan to make arrangements with my tenant to inspect a property for repairs. The tenant calls saying she hasn't heard from him. After two days, I call Ryan and ask the status. He tells me, "I hadn't thought yet about a time to call her to schedule an appointment."! I can't speak to the quality of his workmanship or his prices. But I was disappointed that he was not diligent in following up on at least going to look at the job that I had assigned to him, or at least giving me or my tenant a time frame of when he would get to us.

Not the cheapest option out there but Ryan brings professional skills and experience far exceeding a typical handyman.

I hired Ryan to remodel a countertop for a new stove, move the overhead microwave (w electrical and vent) up to code level and "cut-down" the cabinet above the microwave. He and his partner were able to do all of the work except for remaking/matching the facing for the cabinet that had to be cut down. However, Ryan found a furniture-maker that did the cabinet facing from scratch and Ryan installed it. Highly recommended based on this experience
