I saw this provider for 3 adjustments in late 2015. I liked the casualness and friendliness of the office when I first arrived. I won't however, use them again. The doctor is a nice enough guy, but likes to talk and express his views on politics and other subjects, including his own expertise. I went because of pain associated with a fractured vertebrae. He didn't ask me if I had a CD of an MRI (which I do), but gave me what I assume to be a standard adjustment, which fortunately didn't injure me. My next two visits, they had me lie on a table before the adjustment, to receive electric stim. The receptionist placed the stim pad on me, which I thought was odd, since neither she nor I knew the proper placement. At the end of my third appt, I asked the doctor what the game plan was going forward, and he playfully made fun of me, said he'd already answered that in an earlier session, and that I shouldn't keep asking. Also, even though Cigna showed them as being in-network, they filed the claim in a way that had Cigna deny the claim. I tried for weeks to get this resolved; speaking with Cigna and Cigna speaking with the office. Eventually, I went to the office in person, and to their credit they wrote me a check for my overpayment.
