I purchased one of their Angies's List 24 hour (3 workers, i day each) coupons. I did major prep. work myself. They showed up on time, but the individuals working seemed to have their own idea of how to do the job, and did not follow my directions. I left for about 2 hours for a doctor's appointment, and I was very disappointed to see little worthwhile progress when I returned. The job did not get completed within the 24 hours. While all of that is negative, when I complained to the construction manager, he authorized the workers to come back at no additional charge. Then they completed most of the job. I recommend that if you purchase a similar coupon, you stay at the job site the whole day and make sure the workers are dong what you want.
