Very expensive. They mowed out lawn once every 2 weeks (though not always on the same day). Their prices kept creeping up over 4-5 years. When we switched, we chose another fairly large company and we're now getting weekly mowings (twice as often) for less than we were paying for every-two-week mowings. And the quality is as good. Before we switched, we asked S&S if they'd like to review their charges. They said they'd send an estimator out. They didn't, even after I'd called three times. They threw our business away.

Appallingly inept!! I wish I could post a picture of how they just destroyed my lawn. It has been raining and their riding mower got stuck. I get that. But I now have ruts over a foot deep in a rectangular area about 15' x 10'....looks like someone took a rototiller to it to plant the garden. And that is not the only spot...deep ruts everywhere. Shouldn't SOMEONE on this crew have decided it was too wet to mow? I'll be happy to change this rating if the company repairs the damage and reseeds that area of the (former) lawn. Otherwise...run away!
