This petsitting service was nothing short of a nightmare. I met with the coordinator and petsitter prior to the trip. i went over everything in detail and they wrote it down. When we returned home, the litter box was not clean, litter box waste had been dumped into the kitchen trash can instead of the garage (the odor was overwhelming), and they did not follow the directions regarding feeding (two of the cats who are on special diets and gained weight). When I emailed the owner about the problems and requested a partial or complete refund, she said she couldn't do it because she 'had already paid the petsitter.' I stated that as a business owner, she needed to understand the importance of customer service and to do the right thing. It fell on deaf ears and I didn't receive any type of refund. I will never trust my pets with her service again.
