Totally professional and pleasant personnel. They were completely forthcoming about the costs up front. However, charges are expensive and to be cost-effective should best be used for large amounts of heavy and bulky items. More cost effective to find ad-hoc individuals with truck to dump service for occasional items.

This is a great service. Had a large (9'x2'x2') shipping crate to get rid of. After an initial attempt to break it down into manageable prices for regular trash pickup I realized that prying it apart and cutting is down would take some days of work. A phone call to 1-800-got junk got it picked up in a few hours. $199 well spent. Their communication is excellent; verifying phone call, follow-up confirmation, "we will be there in 40 minutes" update, and a friendly, fast, efficient crew made me wonder why I hadn't done it sooner. Will definitely use them again
