Forty years as a family business is a major plus for this company. NOVA was one of four companies with high Checkbook ratings from whom I requested a proposal. There's was not only among the best price but also it was straight-forward and honest. In one company, I got estimates of windows which were almost the same price (less expensive) but then they tacked on labor. Another tried to sell me a more expensive version (of Provia then I needed (although the better latch of the more expensive window was included). Another company made several mistakes in preparing the proposal (wrong window in one place, need for tempered glass in another) Another company didn't come to my house to see the job--not their business model, they said; I had to go there. Good luck on that. The personal and email interactions with NOVA were swift and detailed, answering all questions completely. The job itself was like "clockwork": 19 windows in 7 hours. This included removing curtains, blinds, furniture, and restoring all at the end of the job. All windows were carefully cleaned. Another company said I would have some painting touch up to do (presumably because their new windows wouldn't quite fit). Not so with NOVA. I couldn't be happier.

Great small family business to deal with. From the time of my first call to the installation of 22 windows it was three weeks. Top notch from start to finish.

Rich was a great lead man for the crew who installed a bay window, a floor to ceiling picture window, a huge custom sliding patio door and a front door in one day (instead of 1 1/2 to 2 days). Rick and his crew were knowledgeable, professional and courteous. NOVA Installations Inc. was pleasant to deal with from discussing options and ordering product to installation.
