Responsive and polite but communication style is often hurried and incomplete, which was frustrating at times. Nevertheless, they corrected a cosmetic issue with the job even though they seemed to think it looked normal as-is, which we appreciated.

Mottern did our steps and walkway in stone. Beautiful work, done on time. The crew was great and cleaned up after themselves. Very happy and would use them again.

We hired Mottern for some stone repairs and retaining wall repairs. The office was very courteous, responsive, and scheduled an estimate very quickly. During the estimate, we received good info on the repair work, but we also were recommended a chimney repair based only on a ground view (not climbing on the roof). Although that was off-putting, we did move forward with the original repairs. The work was scheduled quickly and the crew completed the job quickly. Work quality was good, crew was respectful of property and cleaned up after themselves. We also got pinged several times for reviews. Overall pleased with the work.
