The insurance Co wanted to declare the car totaled because of the high cost of repairs. Capital creatively reworked its estimate to be under that amount and repaired the car beautifully, enabling us to keep a vehicle we like very much.

I took my 2014 Mazda to their shop after reading the positive reviews and the excellent prior work they did on two other vehicles over the past year.

Unfortunately, this experience didn't go so well. While the main damage repair was done correctly; I had asked them to also buff out some scratches I made on the roof when I tied on a light weight flat box. That work came out ok, however a rather noticeable ding and two smaller ones were incurred. Pete the manager would not acknowledge fault, however he did eventually give me a $100 credit and didn't charge me for the buffing. He said they don't do PDR work, so I got a quote from another shop for $150 for the primary ding alone.

What was further annoying is that yesterday when I went with my son for our weekly shopping at Aldi's (you need a quarter to retrieve a shopping cart) I discovered that the whole change tray of $3-$4 in quarters was empty...had been in there for a year...I'm sure glad I took my GPS and USB music stick with me when I dropped off the car.

Have had work done here twice. They did a great job both times. They are also honest, on my last trip, they actually advised against a full repair on an older car, showed me what to do to make it driveable and I was on my way.
