I was leaving the country and the pet sitter assigned was not returning my calls, even though she and I had met and she was aware of her commitment. I finally reached the company and they contacted her. A year later, I needed to get my keys back from them (including a security fob that I’d had to pay for) and was informed, “oh, we destroyed them.” WHAT?? I will never use this company again. While the service provided was several years ago, it’s never too late to rate them.
