Requested pet sitting as a new client on Oct 26 for a start date of Dec 12. Was put on hold with no response until Nov 27 -- two weeks before a European vacation, when we finally learned that "with 30 of our 45 sitters away, out sick or no longer working...we are overwhelmed..." If the described situation was true, the owner should have notified us weeks before that she could not honor our request. Doesn't seem to be honest with customers.

These folks are the best. Not only can I leave on business travel without worries, they have also helped me out when I've had medical issues and had limited mobility. I love them.
