I patronized this business for years until my preferred stylist left. The new stylist they gave me refused to give me the cut i asked for and fat-shamed me in her chair — twice. When i complained, the owner shrugged it off. I won’t go back.

Myrna Alcantara and Melissa Caskey were both fantastic. Went for a consultation to see if they could take my permanently colored hair from medium brown to silver-white. They confirmed they could, then provided a time and cost estimate. They did an awesome job. In just 4 hours I went from med brown to silver-white with no hair damage.
