Mike came out to the house to give us a quote for replacement siding. We had originally asked for the quote because we saw water dripping from the trim below the window onto the siding. After looking at the condition of the windows, he suggested we should get a handyman to replace the caulk around the window, and that the dripping water from the corner was very likely the J-channel around the window doing its job. We still did get the quote, and the KCSI quote for replacement siding was comparable to another quote we received, but that other quote didn't have the high level of detail the KCSI quote had, so it would be hard to compare. In the event the problem is worse than we think we will use KCSI.

I received an estimate for replacing several damaged rows of siding. Not only did KCSI complete the repair in less than a day, the price of the repair was significantly reduced to reflect the hours to complete the project. John Knowlan, was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.

A small repair needed to be done on my parent's house. It was hard to find a reputable company that would do the work. But after I sent information about the job to KCSA. John gave me quote, a great price, followed up every time he said he would, found siding that was a close match to 25 year old siding, and made the repair all within a week. And a member of his team cleaned out the gutter while he was on the job! John is the ultimate professional, pleasant to work with, setting my expectations every step of the way and meeting or beating them. In a time when company's and crews can stay busy with big jobs and and profit margins, KCSI took on a small repair and treated it as their most important job. John even took time afterwards to advise me how to keep the siding on the whole house looking good. I look forward to working with KCSI again.
