Bought a sauna for them, which was delayed due to supply chain issues beyond what was expected. Very difficult to get updates, and would often not return calls/emails. I repeatedly asked multiple people, if I needed any special electrical work, and was told no, it just plug into the wall(which was not the case). If I would have known, would have had electrician come out in advance. Also, I filled out a lengthy installation form, and asked to avoid a certain time of day. They completely ignored it. Installation people were fine. I expect the sauna will work fine, but their support staff makes it not worth the aggravation of dealing with them.

Took numerous calls to get my spa concerns addressed -- and I'm still waiting after two months for the completion of work
