In all fairness, Fairfax County has experienced a shortage of workers over the past year. They are doing their best to provide superior service to eligible customers. When a problem arises concerning missed pickup, they try their best to remedy the problem within a day. Personnel who handle such phone calls are always very nice and helpful -amazing, considering the circumstances.

Garbage removal has been consistently good. Yard waste collection was very poor (late) but improving. Special pick-ups are unrealistically restrictive and habitually late.
