Husband woke in the middle of the night in extreme pain. We arrived at the Inova Emergency Room about 2 am. They were able to quickly do the scan to confirm that he had a kidney stone and get him sufficiently medicated. Great job without having to travel farther to the main hospital, where we probably would have had a much longer wait.

Fantastic ER for simple cases. Quiet place with excellent staff, no bureaucracy, and no wait. They can do basic tests including CT scans. For anything requiring that you be admitted, they send you to Inova Fairfax Hospital or others depending on the special need. We will use is as are go-to ER from now on for anything not likely to require a real hospital.
