Started our "9-month job" on time. Stopped showing up for three months, came for a few days (while we lived in the basement!), didn't show up for three more months. Didn't return calls. Then showed back up and said "Let's have a meeting" and started with "Let's just let the past be the past", no explanation, no apology, no consideration. Nothing. Later it came out from the contractor that they had taken another job during that time. And, argued with us about multiple decisions. Installed a ceiling fan in the wrong place and charged us a change order to fix it--when the plans actually showed them to be wrong. Installed a ceiling that leaks. Let our dog out into the street where he almost got hit. Will not use again.
