These guys manage the pests at a competitive cost. That is what I need and what I like. What I don't like is the seemingly constant up-sell. There is always some home improvement, perhaps obtusely related to pest control, that they are pushing. Sealing my basement walls from moisture, Replacing or adding to my attic or basement insulation using anti-pest treated materials. "Encapsulating" my crawl space. Etc., etc.. That's what I could do without.

Tried to upsell forgetting to mention the significantly increased price of the maintenance of the new product, when I didn't bite, a second visit to do "quality control" was performed by the same individual who did the initial service.

An open letter to Home Paramount: You were a much better outfit before the "management efficiency" folks took hold. Used to be that each branch answered took your calls, with the appropriate techs being dispatched based on the customer'ss problem(s). Now you hide behind a phone bank staffed with people who don't have a clue abount pest control. Just "we can have a technician there (insert date) between 8-noon (or one-five). Most times this results in callbacks. In 1998 I recommended this company. Now they are barely adequate.
