We have used Rose Roofing several times over 15 years for repairs to our century-old slate roof, copper gutters, and metal roofed outbuilding. Staff seem very knowledgeable and highly skilled. All work has been highly satisfactory and has lasted well.

Had a hard time finding someone to repair a damaged fascia board and gutter but Mr. Rose responded quickly to my request for an estimate and did the work promptly after I signed the contract.

I had a hole in my soffit that was allowing squirrels and birds into my attic, and was having a really difficult time getting someone to fix it. One company was able to schedule having a look at the problem for five weeks out. Another company came ten days after they said they'd be there, then gave me a quote for $4,195 to fix it. That's half the cost of a new roof! Several other companies said they don't do repairs at all, just install new roofs. When I called Rose Roofing, they said they'd be out the next morning. Not only did they come as scheduled, they were able to do the repair that same morning — for $650, which seemed to me to be a fair price. They were friendly and easy to work with. Lesson learned — I'll call Rose Roofing for any future work.
