The in person artists, Marvin and Jimmy were superior. Our experiences with the other aspects were costly. The office told us to install all cabinets then they made us pay to have them taken down similarly after the countertop was installed we had the sink and faucet installed, then they told us they had to be removed to install the backsplash. Again extra expense for us. There services are boiler plate and are often associated with Home Depot’s design center, not recommended either

Euro Stone Craft was recommended to me by Mastercraft Design. This company is a certified fabricator with many awards for the work they have done over the years.We are very happy with Euro Stone because we picked out a stone that had a flaw that we did not see, but when Euro Stone inspected the stone they found the flaw. We were presented with a CAD drawing of the stone that would be cut to the dimensions of our counter top.The flaw was very clearly lined in red by a CAD drawing by the drafting department and they showed this to our consultant,Our consultant Emailed us and wanted to know if we were still interested in using this stone. We told her no and we will look for another stone. A couple weeks later we found another stone at a stone supplier and Euro Stone sent their inspector to look over what we had found.The inspection went well and we decided this is the stone we wanted for our counter top. Their inspection of the stone was very comforting to us because we knew that Euro stone had our back. Everything with this project was done in stages. Pick out a stone, they send a tech to measure, the drafting department makes a detailed CAD drawing, then it is submitted to us the client. if we approve then the stone is then cut delivery is by Euro Stone and is installed by Euro Stone. Our consultant is a very pleasant competent professional that knows her job very well.The company is well run and everyone is extremely pleasant and know their jobs very well.There is more to know about this company on line. We will definitely use Euro Stone again.

Home Depot Gaithersburg and HD Design Center displayed and sold a quartz which ultimately was not available, wasting months. Finally HD Design Center connected me with Shawn Daghigh, Principal at Eurostonecraft, who was brilliant in his suggestion and solution, plus covered the difference in the cost of using Dekton instead. Everyone at the company was professional, helpful, and the countertop is beautiful. I am very happy with the result, would definitely use Eurostone Craft again and recommend them highly.
