EXPENSIVE! Went a few times for unrelated things. First one was a watch appraisal... they wanted SO much money I didn't let them do it. Same with changing a different watch battery and cleaning a watch, just astronomically expensive. Then I went and got a wedding band cleaned. They said multiple stones were loose and wanted an insane amount of money to fix. I brought it back to where I bought it (it's a few hours away) instead, and they fixed one loose stone for free and everything else was perfect. Had too many instances like this with them. Beautiful store and products and possibly do a good job but do not trust when they say things need fixing and quite expensive. Very nice staff though. I want to like them, but haven't had a great experience yet.

Hideously expensive. They broke a Cartier watch when they replaced the band.
