Consumers Choice came out within 1 day to try to fix my rental property’s broken Heat pump system at a charge of $204. The system was unrepairable due to parts unavailability caused by age (15 years) and older refrigerant type. A new heat pump system was installed 3 days later at a cost of $8762.00. Due to the emergency nature and extreme heat I couldn’t price compare and have no idea if this was a good value. Job was done well and on time, but one technician was lax in consistently wearing shoe covers, which slightly soiled the carpet. Overall it was a good experience.

Consistently on time, knowledgeable, professional. Fair and honest. Installed our new HVAC system and provided a very reasonable service contract. The HVAC system is doing great!
