Had these guys come to give me a quote on new front porch railings and small stone walkway. When they arrived said they wouldn't quote for free and wanted $400 but they would give a full landscape design. I agreed to sign the contract for that and spent over an hour explaining in detail what I wanted. 1. They lost all the notes and had to come again. 2. Missed next 2 appointments 3. I EScalated to owner and was promised a full money back guarantee if they could have "a second chance". 4. Came out again, didn't listen, sent me a sketch that didn't match what I asked for, and then argued with me. 5. Told me I then needed to pay another $150 because they didn't have skills to provide the initial design requested and they had to hire a specialist. 6. They sued me in small claims court when I refused to pay!! RUN AWAY...these guys are incompetent crooks and bullies.
