Refrigerator (7 years old). - they replace the compressor May 2018, $1,000 plus. - they replace ice maker June 2019 $450 plus. Refrigerator stops working completely (December 2019). Am told warranty on parts HOMEOWNER must file/pursue thru the parts manufacture.

Good diagnosis of likely issue over phone. Ordered new magnets for microwave. Problem resolved in a week. Tech even helped me take the old magnets apart, so I could show them to my daughter once she got home from school. Very glad it's possible to fix older appliances, rather than automatically have to replace them!

Called them on three different instances to diagnose and repair my well-maintained, but now vintage, (1) gas cooktop, (2) built-in oven and (3) front-end loader washing machine. They did very well on the first two instances (cooktop and oven), but poorly on the third, with an absurd diagnosis (I repaired the washer myself by following simple instructions off a Google search with no new parts needed.) The tech on the third visit was different than on the first two -- apparently that tech had retired. So, service quality will depend on the tech you get.
