I used NTA for years but they were always hit or miss, probably because they went through mechanics like water. There were issues with them diagnosing a problem for my Ranger which led me to doing some research, what they identified as the problem didn’t exist on that vehicles year, or doing a test on another car where I told them before they started the work wasn't the problem because I already tried it and would just blow the fuse. They did it anyway and charged me for the blown fuse. Other times, however, they did excellent work. They identified and fixed a corroded wiring issue on a car and did an excellent job rebuilding the back end of the Ranger. Then again, the last time I let them inspect the Ranger they told me it had “old turn signal bulbs” that would have to be replaced. Never had old bulbs before. And make sure you check your bill BEFORE you pay for it. More than once they overcharged me.

Been taking vehicles here for years for inspections but in past couple of years I believe they are doing things to cause vehicles not to pass such as stating license plate bulb is out, or wiper blades torn. I have caught them doing the later. The inspector has no personality and will not tell you what is wrong, just takes your paperwork to the service desk where they are glad to give you a quote. I have also spent extra time filling out this form, or that form just so they can enter info into their database, and this happens every visit. With my last experience I am pretty much done with them.
