The lady at the counter was unfriendly, and the cleaners who did the interior did a very poor job. I had to clean off large smears they left on the inside of the windshield and the vacuuming was sloppy. After the carwash the wipe down was one guy with dirty rags. I'll never use them again. And they charged $3 more for a standard wash than the place I usually go to.
