Eagle Pest has a staff of proficient technicians. They eradicated a bed bug problem in an apartment in our rowhouse. Mr. Don Swilling is a personable and thorough treatment technician, and Mr. Tom Harris, technical supervisor, is a true entomologist with a fount of knowledge about structural insects. Both are consummate gentlemen as well, and the office staff are all kind and courteous as well.

Eagle Pest was selected to treat a rodent infestation in our attic. I was impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of my Eagle Representative, and selected a $100 quarterly service, renewing for several years. Although our rodent problem in the attic was addressed completely, and effectively, recently we learned that our 2011 1.8 Ton Trane Air Conditioner had been damaged -- rodents had eaten wires, causing it to short, and requiring a repair for which we do not yet have an estimate. As this was the same side of the house where rodents entered, I was surprised because there had been two boxes (traps with bait) next to this side of the house, and one at the edge of our yard 40 some feet away. These boxes were missing, and my only explanation is that they had been removed by Eagle representatives due to the presence of ??? Once I was told by a rep that he was disposing of a box and would replace it later. In any event, Eagle did not have a record of where the boxes had been placed initially, and the technicians who serviced the house after my original technician was promoted to manager, were apparently not advised about the box locations. For an uncertain number of years/visits and billing cycles, my house had not been protected. I have written my last check to Eagle -- my technician who had been promoted left Eagle about a year ago. My request to talk with the owner about resolving an ongoing ant problem has been ignored. For the $100 per quarter, I receive unlimited visits and this is the only time I have needed more than the usual quarterly visit after the initial rodent infestation was addressed. Eagle technicians have advised to treat the inside of my home, under my contract, and after two or three unsuccessful visits told me that I should have asked them to treat the entire lawn, a service that I though i had purchased with my $100 quarterly bill. No one has given me options or pricing for this treatment that they recommend. I am uncertain whether the bait placed inside would be attractive to our pets and could even be unhealthy for the pets as well as the people. This is not the first time we have seen ants, but Eagle it is the first time Eagle has been ineffective. The technicians advised me to find another company.

Compared to their peers in this industry, Eagle Pest Control was definitely superior.
