My gas fireplace stopped working. I called Air Flow and immediately was able to speak to someone. He was so kind and offered to help me try a couple of things over the phone. I am no expert and asked if my husband could call him. He did and the gentleman walked my husband through it. We fixed it and his generosity saved us a service visit, which wouldn't have had happened for a while. We were able to enjoy our fireplace for Christmas. I highly recommend this business and already plan to have them come service our fireplaces later this year.

Excellent fireplace service: reasonable cost, prompt and easy scheduling, advanced notification of the technician's arrival, effective and efficient service resulting in the operational fireplace (that did not ignite prior to the service); all relevant explanations and instructions provided verbally and/or in writing!
