Old walkway had sunk and retaining wall was crumbling. Mason Quality with Steadfastf Construction did an outstanding reconstruction job, starting with removing the old wall, walkway and shrubs. The crew dug out soil to below ground level and reconstructed area starting with a cement base. Built on base with block, cement and rock then capping the project with flagstone.
