It took 3 visits for them to replace 2 cartridges in a bathroom faucet even though they knew what the problem was before arriving the first time.

I needed a natural gas line extended to my kitchen, the old electric cooktop and associated exhaust vent removed, and a new gas cooktop installed. Jay had visited a few weeks earlier and provided an estimate for the work. The work was delayed due to product availability, but Duvall was able to schedule the work within days of my obtaining my new gas cooktop. Alex, Jeff, and Noah arrived on time and got right to work. They were very professional, neat, and courteous. Alex went out of his way to minimize the size of the holes he needed to cut in my ceiling to run the gas line. I was very relieved to find them so small. They were also very meticulous about the cleanliness of their work areas, laying down tarps in each of the areas they were working. I found this company on Checkbook.org and am very happy I did.

I was having issues with my tankless hot water heater and Duvall’s was able to come out within a few days. The plumber was thorough and revealed that my issue was actually insufficient gas coming into the house, likely due to an issue with the regulator. I appreciate that he took the time to verify the diagnosis with input gas pressure readings from my water heater and furnace. Also properly informed me that Washington Gas would be responsible for fixing it. Recommend Duvall’s to anyone looking for a plumber with a reasonable minimum service fee ($150)
