We started using TwinTech LLC about 2 years ago - - - 2021 because we had become dissatisfied with Frosty's Heating and Cooling. Contrary to Frosty's, TwinTech has provided high-quality, prompt, knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly service. We rely on TwinTech to guide us to the best alternative for our HVAC systems and to not abuse our goodwill by recommending the most expensive option in order to line their pockets (Frosty's used to try to do that). We will stay with TwinTech.

Used a few other area companies in the past, before finding TwinTech to service my previous heat pumps - but was underwhelmed - with unmotivated technicians, high turnover, poor evaluation/servicing, and more. Working with TwinTech has been a totally different, wonderful experience! They installed my heat pump years ago, and it's still running great, thanks to Eric's excellent biannual servicing of the outdoor and indoor units, and his thoroughness and experience. They're not the cheapest company out there, but the quality and service is superb - and you get what you pay for. Proper servicing pays for itself many times over with longer lasting, better functioning heating and cooling systems, and fewer (if any) breakdowns. So far, so good! I'm happy to recommend them.
