I switched to Advanced Air Conditioning for servicing my heat pump after my contractor of 6+ years failed to fix an issue. Kyle came out and fixed it on his first try. It was a simple overcharging of freon in the system. Kyle has been great since with the seasonal maintenance checkups as well. Advanced Air however has recently been purchased by Falcon Air which makes me worry about what the future holds regarding price, etc.

I have had two furnace/heat pumps nicely installed and serviced since 2012. They have done a great job of fixing the few issues that have come up.
