I hired them to solve a bee and wasp problem in my home. When you live in a three story town home and the pest problem is at the top, it can be difficult to find a pest control company that has a tall ladder and is willing to climb it. Kevin, my service guy, was amazing. We had also been having issues with birds getting into our attic and from there, our heating ducts. Several HVAC companies were unable to diagnose the issue. Kevin came to our home, and spent the better part of an hour climbing around in our attic and examining our home with binoculars (and taking pictures) until he discovered the access point. It wasn't even a problem Patriot could deal with in the end because it required contractor repairs to the front of our home, but he assisted us with it anyway. They did not charge us anything for that first visit, simply provided an estimate for the other work we needed done.
The bee and wasp issue at the top of our town home was addressed on a subsequent appointment. Kevin was extremely thorough, treating a good portion more of the areas that I thought were concerning, and spending as much time as he thought was necessary to solve the problem. He also gave us his personal contact number in case we observed any other activity a week after this treatment. He did everything I asked, including keeping the pesticides out of my home, and explaining everything completely. I could not have been more pleased with his service. I also thought the price charged for the removal of the insects was reasonable, given the equipment necessary and the time taken.
I would recommend this company to friends and family.
