On the bathroom remodel, Ken also had great ideas on saving money including having us by the materials ourselves. We used Ikea products that the sub-contractors had no problem with assembling. The sub-contractors were good about consulting with us on tile design, height and placement of hooks and towel holders. We had to pay a little more for water proofing material but the quality of the work and waterproofing is excellent. The job was finished very quickly. Overall we had an excellent experience with Geoscape Inc. on both jobs.
