I have known of Rob's services for quite some time. Recently, I had an urgent need for someone to repair multiple windows, sliding glass doors, etc. on our 30-plus year home. Rob was diligent, extremely thorough, and took great care in delivering a quality and timely installation and repair of these items! What's more---Rob's rates are very affordable. I would definitely recommend Rob's company, Platinum Glass and Mirror, for this type of repair and other light handyman work. I should say that if you don't want to get a high pressure sales job on replacing your windows and only have a few, you should definitely go with Rob!

Rob agreed to do a job for us and said he'd call us back with an install date later in the week. A week later, I still had not heard from him so I called again. He said he was still interested in the job and he'd call me back later that day. We never heard back from him. If he was too busy for us or not interested, he should have said so. Not impressed.

Rob and his partner installed a Provia Heritage Fiberglass front entry door to my specs and did a fabulous job! His price was very competeitive and he was extremely responsive to my texts and emails during the initial vetting. I received seven quotes and felt most comfortable with him as he is not gouging customers. Very prompt service and I watched the entire installation which took the whole day and they know what they are doing. I would use them again and again and perhaps they will renovate my master bath. Business is all about trust and I trust this man and his company as I have done many projects on my homes. If you're installing a door, do youself a favor and get a quote from this company, they'll beat most companies but most of all, the install will go smoothly and with professionalism. Thanks to Checkbook I found this company and it saved me a lot of money and headache.
