I have used Comfort Solutions to install two complete systems at my home. Both times have been great experiences. The proposals were thorough and the crew they sent both times were friendly and organized. I am elderly and always afraid of getting taken advantage of when I need to buy something. I was ready to purchase the most expensive system but they told me that was not needed for my home. I really appreciated the honesty and would not hesitate to refer them to anyone. They replaced my hot water heater and fixed a couple of plumbing issues also. This type of company is hard to find anywhere these days. Good job Comfort Solutions!!!

I had experienced several "Communication Faults" with the Carrer Infinity control system originally installed by the contractor. The first three attempts to address this issue over the span of about a year were not successful. However, each attempt was executed with more experienced personnel each time. Finally, the owner of the company became involved during the fourth attempt and solved the problem without charging me for this last service call that took a 1/2 day to complete. The bottom line is that I am very pleased with their diligence and persistence in eventually locating the source of the "Communication Fault" within the control system and fixing it.
