I'm so used to calling companies, individuals for quotes and never even getting a phone call back. John got right back to me, provided me a quote and was on the jobsite working before I got a call back from another carpenter I contacted the same intial day. The job, cutting a new attic access with pull-down ladder, was completed in two-days flat. We're very happy with the results. I wish I found Williamson Home repair when we first moved to the area. I'm sure it would have saved a lot of headaches. Highly recommended!

I couldn't be more pleased! I've had negative experiences with handymen in the past, but this was just wonderful. I called Williamson Home Repair and left a message. The owner called me back that evening and quoted me a price over the phone based on my description of what I needed. It was $125. He said someone might be available the next day or the following week. The next morning, he called me and said someone could be over that afternoon. Rusty arrived as promised and repaired the two doors so they work like new. It took about 40 minutes.

One bathroom door was scraping the floor when it was opened wide and he shaved some wood off the bottom and put some nails in the door to keep it together where the scraping had damaged it. The other bathroom door was very difficult to close and wouldn't lock due to settling of the house. This job was more complicated. Rusty adjusted the hinges and then lowered the hole where the locking mechanism goes into the door jam. He was very meticulous and took his time to make sure everything was done right. Now both doors work perfectly.
