Very good repairs made to my wooden fence - replaced posts which had broken off, replaced top railings which had come loose and warped, replaced pickets - Pleasant to work with - Price a little on the high side, but one of few companies which will repair fences - most only want to build new ones.

The gate to my fenced-in property fell off. Fairfax Fence did initial install, so I called them for the repair. Left phone message for owner' he didn't call back but stopped by the next day. Said cost would be $395. I thought that was price for entirely NEW gate; seemed expensive, esp. w/o "senior discount" but... Employee who came by the next day only replaced Z-brace on the back of the gate and installed new hinges; he also kindly checked entire fence perimeter and nailed bowed planks. Believe I was very much overcharged.

Fairfax Chimney and Fence did the original installation of the fence on my property. When I needed some repairs about this time last year, I got a few quotes, but this company was the best and willing to do a smaller job others were unwilling to undertake. Owner was very understanding about a delayed payment (due to my needing to put the bill on a new credit card).
