Not Recommended
Unreliable, and do not recommend wasting your time with this business. I engaged with several landscapers with varying degree of success. Green Lady stands out as the most unreliable one. I had a an email exchange and couple of phone conversations with Deborah and she came across as less interested in understanding my needs than communicating how proficient and busy their business was. Then came the matter of scheduling an appointment to visit and understand what I needed done. Again I was very flexible, taking it on face value that they are busy. I even got a calendar appointment confirming their visit, which I thought was nice and professional. However on the day of the appointment, I took time off from work, and no one showed up. No cancellation, no call, nothing. Simply a - no show. No other landscaper treated me in this manner.
